My passion for  fitness training sprung from an ankle injury that  I suffered during tryouts for a professional basketball team.   Since the mid-90's I've trained countless people and no two people were alike, which is why I still have a passion for the work.  My clientele goes the spectrum from former amateur fitness models to  injury rehabilitation.  Call me to share information and design a program for you.
