  ADVANCED FITNESS TRAINING

This regiment designed for current fitness enthusiasts who have reached a fitness plateau. 

 

BODY TONING    

A weight resistance training regimen using bands, exercise balls, barbells and dumbbells to achieve a tight body.  Endurance is key in this training style. 

 

 WEIGHT LOSS/GAIN    

Both regiments include weight training, aerobics and focus on nutrition/supplements. 

 

 SENIOR FITNESS

The same as body toning, focus is on mobility and strength.

 

 ADOLESCENT FITNESS

Focus on weight control using light weights, resistance bands as well as body weight.

 

 NUTRITION / SUPPLEMENTS

PRE-NATAL FITNESS AND NUTRITION TRAINING

Women should not diet during pregnancy, however proper nutrition during pregnancy cannot be overlooked. We can assist anyone in distinguishing them both. Fitness training can be a valuable asset for mother and unborn child.
